Welcome to Inkplay. By using the site you agree to these short, sensible terms.

The service

Inkplay provides free browser games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind; we may add, change, or remove games and features at any time.

Eligibility

The games are general-audience. Creating an account requires a Google account and that you meet Google's minimum age for one in your country (13+ in most places). If you are under the age of digital consent where you live, use the site signed-out.

Fair play

Leaderboards are for humans. Scores submitted through automation, exploits, or tampering may be removed, and accounts that repeatedly abuse the leaderboards may be blocked from them.

InkPlay Points

Signed-in players earn InkPlay Points by playing: the more you play, the more you earn. Points are a fun reward metric: they have no monetary value, are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and may be recalculated, adjusted, or reset, including removal of points we believe were obtained through automation, tampering, or other abuse. Any future rewards, contests, or winner announcements are run at our discretion under rules published at the time.

Your account

Signing in is optional and uses your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can stop using the site at any time; to delete your synced data, see the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The games, code, and design of Inkplay are original works of Inkplay / Buggbyte Studios. Game concepts (chess, sudoku, and other classics) belong to everyone; our implementations are our own. You may link to any page freely. Embedding the games in other sites without permission is not allowed.

Advertising

The site is supported by advertising (Google AdSense). Ads are labelled as such and are served under the terms described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkplay and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is zero, because it is free.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Continued use of the site after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
